OCC announces new directors
Abruzzo is currently head of Morgan Stanley's listed derivatives business in the Americas, while Mihan is a managing director and head of equity-linked trading for the Americas at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Brody joined the OCC board five years ago. He is also chief financial officer of derivatives brokerage Timber Hill and its parent company, Interactive Brokers Group.
