ZURICH – Credit Suisse has realigned its foreign exchange trading business under interim chief Steve Yanez, global head of FX in New York.

Yanez began overseeing global spot forex and proprietary trading following the departure of global head Alain Delelis last Thursday (March 18). There was speculation surrounding the conditions of his departure, but Delelis has confirmed he is due to join a hedge fund in six months, after he concludes his gardening leave.

Delelis joined Credit Suisse in 2007
