CFTC charges Weber Capital
WASHINGTON, DC – The US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has filed a complaint against Helmut Weber and Weber Capital Management (WCM) from Arizona for a $280,000 forex fraud scheme.
The CFTC alleges Weber scammed investors through his websites, www.weberfx.com, www.webercapitalmanagement.com and www.newtempsite.com, out of at least $280,000. The futures regulator said that, contrary to Weber's representations, only a fraction of customer funds were actually traded and that the
