Elliott and Daniel defect to BOAML

Bank of America Merrill Lynch has hired Richard Elliott and Romanos Daniel, confirmed an internal source at the bank, as it continues to shake up its FX business.

Elliot will be working within his usual domain of eFX, based in London. No further details are presently available. He joins from Credit Suisse in London, where he was director of eFX options and helped develop the Swiss bank's proprietary electronic trading platform, Merlin (FX Week, January 11). Elliott joined Credit Suisse in 2005
