Swedbank takes Siena for rates
Siena Rate Manager enables the bank to blend spread or skew prices to reflect the bank's view of the market or underlying position exposure. Spike monitoring, volatility and spread checking are included in the product.
"Swedbank had no rate-management system in place prior to this," said David Mallinder, business development director at Eurobase Banking Solutions in London. "The rate management system has been in the Eurobase product suite for about 12 months."
