EBS Goes Live In New Centers But Daily Deal Volume Drops

The Electronic Broking Service went live last week in Frankfurt as partner Commerzbank's head office started using the service. Late the previous week, users in Basle, Geneva and Lugano also went live on the service. However, transaction volume on the electronic FX matching service, launched September 15, has dropped off during the past two weeks as activity in the market overall has declined, admits EBS Partnership chairman Peter Bartko.
