Best FX Clearing House: CME Group
Exchange and clearing house expects more clearing and growth in renminbi products
CME Group retained the title for Best FX Clearing House at this year's Best Banks Awards, at the end of 12 challenging months that saw the Swiss National Bank's (SNB) franc unpegging in January causing major disruption in the FX market.
CME posted 14% growth in FX volumes this year compared with 2014, with the Indian rupee and the Mexican peso emerging as clear winners for FX futures and FX options, respectively.
