Den Danske Bank Expands FX Sales Presence In Europe

Den Danske Bank is expanding its forex sales capability in the Scandinavian region and plans to open two new desks, in Oslo and Helsinki, in a couple of months, says John Michael Jensen, senior vice president and head of foreign exchange and money markets in Copenhagen.

The bank has appointed Goiten Bedretdin to head the FX sales operation in Helsinki, while in Oslo, the desk will be headed by Thomas Borgen. Bedretdin was formerly country manager for Dow Jones Telerate in Finland and Borgen was
