CME gives green light to Traiana for FX clearing

The Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) Group has taken another step in its mission to became a recognised provider of over-the-counter foreign exchange clearing services after it certified Traiana's Harmony network for the submission of FX derivatives for clearing.

Traiana is the first company to complete the certification process. Customers of the post-trade service provider will now be able to clear FX derivatives through its Harmony CCP Connect service, which it launched in March 2011 to
